$85-$100 per hour About the Role We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Experiences to serve as the operational backbone of a growing entertainment experiences marketing team. This role will help keep complex, multi-workstream initiatives organized, timelines on track, and stakeholders aligned across ongoing campaigns, programming, revenue products, community initiatives, and new venue launches. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to translate numerous moving pieces into a clear, simple view of progress. You'll own the marketing communications rollout calendar, maintain visibility across key workstreams, and partner closely with Marketing Operations and Brand Program Management to ensure milestones and deliverables stay on track. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can drive alignment without direct authority. What You'll Do Aggregate and maintain the master rollout calendar across Experiences Marketing efforts, ongoing campaigns, and strategic initiatives.

Keep dates, owners, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables current as timelines and priorities evolve.

Work closely with strategic marketing pillar leads to ensure briefs are executed and distributed on schedule.

Partner with revenue product leads to identify strategic opportunities for ticketing promotions and align them with the broader marketing rollout schedule.

Gather regular status updates from marketing pillar leads and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into what is launching, when, and where support may be needed.

Compile and distribute a weekly digest providing an at-a-glance view of progress across key marketing pillars, including existing location campaigns, programming, revenue products, local community initiatives, and new venue launches.

Partner with Marketing Operations and Brand Program Management to maintain accountability against the master milestone calendar.

Track deliverables, identify potential gaps or dependencies, and proactively flag risks to timelines.

Facilitate alignment across product, creative, operations, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, project management, or a related discipline.

Experience within entertainment, retail, hospitality, consumer experiences, or similar consumer-facing industries preferred.

Proven experience owning shared calendars, project trackers, milestone plans, or status reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Strong track record partnering cross-functionally with product, creative, operations, and marketing teams.

Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.

Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex, multi-workstream information into clear and concise updates.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional follow-through.

Ability to manage numerous moving parts simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and dependencies are not overlooked.

Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.

Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving. Key Strengths The strongest candidates will be able to: Create clarity from complexity by turning numerous workstreams and shifting timelines into simple, actionable information.

Operate at speed while maintaining a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Working Environment This is a 12-month hybrid contract based in Los Angeles, CA. The role requires close collaboration across marketing, product, creative, operations, and program management teams. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being the connective tissue across a complex organization-bringing structure to ambiguity, keeping teams informed, and ensuring that important work continues moving forward.
