The RoleWe're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to be the connective tissue between our clients and our paid media specialists. You'll own the client experience end to end: leading communication, driving project timelines, surfacing strategic insights, and getting into the ad accounts yourself when something needs a second set of eyes.
This isn't a vibes-only account manager role. We chose the title Performance Marketing Manager because we want someone who actually understands the work. If a client asks why their Meta CPM jumped last week or why a search campaign's CPA shifted, you should be able to log into the account, run the diagnosis, and explain it without needing a media buyer to translate.
What You'll OwnClient relationships. Primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts. You set expectations, run the meetings, and make sure every client interaction leaves them feeling like the smartest person in the room.
Project management. Campaign launches, creative refreshes, landing page updates, reporting cadences. You keep work moving on time across internal teams and client deliverables.
Monthly reporting and analysis. Build the report, tell the story. We don't ship screenshot dumps clients should walk away knowing what happened, why, and what's next.
Account oversight and QA. Regular audits of ad accounts to catch issues before clients do: misallocated budgets, broken conversion tracking, creative fatigue, drifting CPAs, attribution gaps.
Strategic input. Surface ideas, push back on what isn't working, and partner with our paid media specialists to evolve campaign strategy based on what the data is telling us.
Cross-functional coordination. Loop in SEO, analytics, creative, and other specialist resources when client needs require it. Keep everyone aligned without becoming a bottleneck.
What You Bring3+ years in a paid media, performance marketing, or digital agency role with direct client-facing responsibilityHands-on experience inside Google Ads and Meta Ads at a minimum; TikTok and are a plusComfort in GA4, Looker Studio (or equivalent), and conversion tracking debugging you can read an attribution report and tell us what's brokenStrong written and verbal communication.
