Enable launches and adoption:
Develop beta and launch programs, messaging, and supporting materials that help customers understand and adopt new capabilities.
Measure and optimize:
Track launch performance, product adoption, conversion, and other relevant KPIs to understand what is working and continuously improve our go-to-market approach.
Close the feedback loop:
Bring insights from customers, Sales, and market research back to Product and Marketing to improve both the product and how we bring it to market. Nice to Have Experience in construction technology, home services, field service, or vertical SaaS. Experience supporting pricing and packaging initiatives.
