SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAMS

Miami-Dade / Broward County Great Sports, Inc. Great Sports, Inc., a leading after-school youth sports organization serving schools throughout South Florida for over a decade, is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our programs and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth development, sports, community engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with schools, administrators, and community partners Increase enrollment for after-school programs, leagues, camps, and events Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives Manage social media and community outreach efforts Grow and maintain social media engagement Attend networking and school/community events Help secure sponsorships and partnership opportunities Support customer communication and retention efforts Digital Marketing and graphic design Photography and Videography at program events

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and/or marketing experience preferred Organized, self-motivated, and professional Passion for youth sports and community impact Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience working with schools or youth programs is a plus
