We are seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager to support the growth and execution of a private-label portfolio within the U.S. military retail channel. This role will help manage initiatives across Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Packaging, coordinating projects from initial concept through retail launch. The Associate Brand Manager, Sr. will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and external partners to support commercialization, product launches, promotional execution, retail activation, and business analysis. This is a highly collaborative role with visibility across multiple business functions and the opportunity to contribute directly to brand growth and customer engagement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the execution of private-label brand initiatives across Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Packaging. Coordinate product commercialization activities from concept through retail launch, maintaining project plans, timelines, and launch-readiness activities. Identify project risks and coordinate corrective actions to keep initiatives on schedule. Coordinate product launches, packaging updates, merchandising initiatives, promotional programs, and retail activation activities. Support in-store execution, demonstrations, sampling events, customer programs, and other retail initiatives. Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure inventory, product, packaging, and execution readiness. Coordinate the development of packaging, point-of-sale materials, presentations, sales tools, and other marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency. Analyze sales, promotions, category performance, product results, and key performance indicators; prepare business reviews, executive presentations, and performance reports with actionable recommendations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required. 2-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, project management, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ownership, and accountability. Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and customers.Preferred:
MBA or advanced degree. Experience with Asana or similar project management tools. Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, food distribution, or the commissary/exchange industry. Experience supporting product commercialization, private-label brands, or retail product launches.Benefits:
