Job Description The Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing is a member of the Global Respiratory Business Unit and is responsible for driving upstream marketing strategy and execution across the product lifecycle. Activities are focused on new product development, market expansion, global commercialization initiatives that support sustainable business growth and long-term market leadership. As a global product marketing leader, the Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing will participate in cross-functional product development teams and is responsible for defining user requirements and translating requirements into specifications, marketing claims, and clinical indications for use. This role will have close collaboration with R D, RA/QA, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional Marketing. Forecasting, market modelling, and development of business cases experience is preferred. The individual will develop portfolio strategy to ensure sustainable growth and long-term market leadership within the assigned scope of responsibility. This requires a good understanding of clinical usage, market trends, competitive landscapes, and competitive technologies. The individual will also work closely with Regional Marketing during requirement building and global strategy planning and oversee commercialization efforts of projects to ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and self-motivated with excellent analytic, facilitation, and communication skills (both written and verbal). This position will report to the Vice President, Global Product Marketing.
Job Duties Ensure that all business requirements and stage gate deliverables are executed in an effective and in a timely manner within the assigned scope of responsibility. Owner of Voice of Customer (VoC) activities. Develop clear user requirements for future product offerings and collaborate with R D and cross-functional and external partners to translate user needs into requirements. Collaborate with Market Intelligence to design and execute primary and secondary research to define user requirements and drive business portfolio decisions. Responsible for informing and leading internal cross-functional teams as well as regional marketing teams on business deliverables/requirements within the assigned scope of responsibility. Responsible for strategic planning and driving alignment of plans, budgets, timelines, risk assessment, project progress, and risk mitigation proposals as necessary according to business and market dynamics. Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) who will champion Olympus products and act as advisors in new product development activities. Develop strong relationships and early collaboration with regional marketing teams to ensure successful product launches. Develop in depth knowledge and clinical expertise within assigned areas of responsibility. This includes being actively engaged in product training, field visits, industry trade shows, educational programs, HCP engagements, etc.

Job Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree required with a major in Marketing, Business or related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related business functions within the medical device, diagnostics, and/or pharmaceutical industry. Strong clinical competency and analytical skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong intercultural awareness. Global mindset and perspective. Travel a minimum of 25% (including international). Occasional evening and weekend work from home required. Other projects and duties as necessary and assigned.Preferred:
MBA or Master's preferred. Demonstrated experience successfully developing and launching new products in the medical device industry from concept to commercialization.
