Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and execution-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategy across ASC's genome engineering platforms, services, and technology offerings. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that bridges R D, business development, and commercial execution. The ideal candidate will deeply understand ASC's technologies, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating complex scientific capabilities into clear value propositions, differentiated positioning, and compelling go-to-market strategies.

Hybrid eligible work. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Develop and own product marketing strategies for ASC's genome engineering technologies, platforms, and service offerings. Define value propositions, target customer segments, and use cases across biopharma, biotech, and academic markets. Lead go-to-market planning for new product and service launches. Create and maintain commercial assets including product briefs, presentations, and sales enablement materials. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and roadmap decisions. Generate high-impact scientific and commercial content, including: o Product briefs and technical datasheets o Website and digital content o White papers and application notes o Case studies and thought leadership pieces Collaborate cross-functionally with R D, Business Development, and Operations. Track KPIs related to product adoption and marketing effectiveness. Team Leadership & Influence Serve as a subject-matter expert and internal product champion. Mentor junior marketing or commercial team members as the organization grows. Communicate priorities, timelines, and risks to cross-functional stakeholders. Marketing Technology & AI Enablement Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, including platforms such as Jasper, or similar generative AI tools for developing product messaging, campaign assets, website content, and sales enablement materials. Experience applying AI tools to campaign development and optimization, leveraging platforms such as Aurora, HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, or similar for audience targeting Proficiency leveraging AI for competitive intelligence and market analysis, using tools such as Aurora, Crayon, Similar web, or AI-enabled analytics platforms to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy. Ability to establish best practices and standards for responsible Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management or product marketing in biotech or life sciences. Strong ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear messaging. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience Experience marketing genome engineering, gene editing, or cell therapy platforms. Familiarity with iPSC technologies or advanced therapy development. Experience in early-stage or PE-backed biotech environments.
