About Us H-Town Aesthetics is a Top 3 award-winning medical spa in Katy, Texas, offering injectables, advanced laser and energy-based treatments, medical-grade skincare, and wellness services. We are more than a medspa. We are a sanctuary where science meets self-love, and we are looking for a creative partner who can tell that story beautifully. The Role You will own the voice and visual presence of our brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, and SMS. This is a strategic role, not just a posting role. You will plan the month, create the content, measure what works, and bring clear recommendations that help fill our books and grow our membership community. What You Will Own Strategy & Content Calendar. Build monthly content strategies around seasonal campaigns, service spotlights, and events. Deliver a complete posting grid (captions, creative, and scheduling) ahead of each month. Content Creation & Capture. Film Reels, photograph treatments and team moments, and design polished graphics during scheduled in-spa content days in Katy. Every piece meets our luxury brand standards. Community & Engagement. Post consistently, keep Stories active, and respond to comments and DMs warmly and promptly. Email & SMS Marketing. Write and build campaigns in Zenoti that drive bookings, membership enrollment, and event RSVPs. Events. Build pre-event buzz, capture live event coverage, and create recap content for our signature events and pop-ups. Weekly Insights. Submit a weekly performance summary covering reach, saves, profile visits, link clicks, and what is worth repeating, with recommendations tied to business goals. What You Bring A strong portfolio of social content you created, with accounts you have grown 2+ years managing social media for a brand, ideally in beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, or luxury retail Confident short-form video skills (shooting and editing Reels and TikToks) Design skills in Canva or Adobe with a refined, luxury eye Excellent writing: warm, educated, and never pushy Respect for medical compliance: accurate treatment language, client consent for all before-and-after content, and platform advertising policies Reliability with deadlines and comfort working within an approval workflow Experience with Zenoti, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus

Independent Contractor Location:

Primarily remote, with scheduled in-spa content days at our Katy, TX practice (local to the Houston/Katy area required)

Compensation:
