The Sr. Manager of Digital Experience Design for Crocs, Inc. leads the strategy, design, and optimization of digital customer experiences across Crocs' DTC ecosystem. This role shapes and evolves UX/UI across key site journeys, partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, conversion-focused experiences, and drives execution of the experience roadmap to improve usability, engagement, and business performance.
What You'll Do Lead and evolve the digital experience vision across Crocs.com -including homepage, PDP, and campaign-driven journeys. Partner with Digital Product to define UX and UI for new features, functionality, and platform capabilities. Translate product requirements and business needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and end-to-end customer journey experiences. Champion elevated, cohesive, and brand-right digital experiences that balance storytelling, usability, and conversion. Lead UX research strategy, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify friction and inform experience improvements. Use analytics, experimentation insights, and customer research to prioritize and refine the experience roadmap. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, CRM, and onsite teams to ensure experiences are clearly defined and successfully delivered. Lead and develop a UX team, setting clear expectations and fostering a high standard of quality, accountability, and user-centered thinking. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 8+ years of applicable experience in DTC ecommerce experience strategy, preferably within apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands. 3+ years of experience leading others Proven experience shaping homepage, PDP, and campaign-driven digital experiences and defining UX/UI for new features and capabilities. Experience leading UX research, usability testing, and using customer insights to improve digital experiences. Demonstrated ability to balance brand storytelling with conversion, usability, and performance goals. Comfort translating data, analytics, and experimentation insights into clear experience decisions and roadmaps. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior cross-functional partners. Experience leading teams and mentoring designers in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
