Position Overview We are seeking a Partnership Marketing Analyst to support B2B marketing programs, sales enablement, dealer engagement, merchandising, and operational initiatives across a large customer and dealer network. This is not a traditional marketing role . The position sits at the intersection of marketing operations, business analysis, sales support, merchandising, project coordination, and partner engagement . The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking hands-on ownership of projects involving multiple teams, vendors, sales professionals, and external partners. The role will involve managing marketing assets and programs, coordinating merchandise and inventory, monitoring budgets and vendor activity, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Execute and manage B2B marketing initiatives across internal and external platforms, including product information, sales tools, dealer resources, marketing materials, and newsletters. Coordinate sourcing, merchandising, promotional activities, production, warehousing, and fulfillment across multiple departments. Manage day-to-day operations for dealer-facing marketing programs, tools, and resources. Support adoption and continuous improvement of marketing platforms and dealer engagement programs. Manage internal and external projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned. Track and analyze program performance, utilization, inventory levels, budgets, vendor spend, and engagement metrics. Translate business and marketing data into actionable insights, recommendations, and process improvements. Work closely with sales teams to gather feedback, understand business needs, and improve marketing support. Build strong working relationships with sales representatives, dealers, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams. Research competitive trends and identify opportunities to improve marketing programs and customer engagement. Coordinate communications, materials, production, and fulfillment activities to ensure successful program delivery. Monitor merchandise and inventory, including high-volume and high-value products, with strong operational discipline and accountability. Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvements to merchandising, vendor management, fulfillment, and program execution. Provide hands-on support across multiple teams and initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, business operations, sales support, merchandising, project coordination, or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and information-gathering abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong follow-through and operational discipline. Comfortable working with large volumes of merchandise, inventory, and associated costs. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, dealers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Work Environment Fully on-site:
5 days per week in the Fort Mill, SC office. Occasional hybrid work may be permitted with direct manager approval. Limited travel may be required, generally no more than 5% annually. High-volume environment supporting a large sales organization and dealer network. #NIT05
