Uses AI daily and thoughtfully (prompting, workflows, agents, automation—not just "copy/paste ChatGPT") Loves shipping: fast iterations, measurable experiments, and clean execution Thinks in funnels and narratives at the same time Enjoys turning "complicated/boring" topics (security + compliance) into clarity, confidence, and momentum Wants autonomy and ownership—and is accountable to outcomes Loves building a marketing system. The mission (what you'll own) You will own and grow our marketing engine across: Positioning + messaging (Putting the customer first) Content + distribution (LinkedIn, email, video, SEO) Campaigns + automation (HubSpot
+ AI-assisted ops) Reporting + learning loops (GA4 + dashboards + revenue attribution) Internal + employer marketing (staff comms, recruiting collateral, ongoing existing-client engagement) Success looks like: new logos closed from consistent output, stronger brand pull, better conversion rates, and marketing-influence. What you'll do (day-to-day)1) Build a story driven messaging system IT's Simple! We're here to make the client win.
Write/iterate core messaging:
landing pages, emails, ads, sequences, decks, scripts Maintain a simple, powerful voice ("IT's Simple.") across channels 2) Run AI-powered content production (with taste) Create and manage a content pipeline: ideas → drafts → edits → publish → repurpose
Produce:
LinkedIn posts (company + exec profiles) Blog + pillar content Case studies + "before/after victory" stories Short-form video (Reels/LinkedIn/YouTube shorts) Use AI to accelerate research, outlining, variant testing, repurposing, and SEO optimization—while keeping it human, clear, and credible 3) Own HubSpot + lifecycle marketing 3-8 years of HubSpot experience (HubSpot certification preferred) Build and optimize: Nurture sequences Lead magnets + landing pages Automated workflows + scoring basics Partner with sales on handoff definitions (MQL → SQL) and pipeline feedback loops 4) Drive measurable growth Track performance weekly, learn quickly, and adjust: Conversion rates Lead quality CAC signals (where measurable) Campaign ROI Be allergic to vanity metrics. ONLY Revenue metrics win. 5) Make trust marketable (without fear) Translate compliance and security into confident, calm messaging Educate, don't scare. We sell "bulletproof and fun," not "doom." Ai is exciting, not scary. 6) Keep clients and staff in the loop Own ongoing marketing to existing clients — cross-sell messaging, "here's what's new," and simplified case studies (short and skimmable, not long-form) Own internal marketing to staff — make sure the team actually knows about sponsorships, new offerings, and wins so they can talk about them 7) Support recruiting + employer branding Not running interviews, but owns brand congruency on all candidate-facing materials (job posts, careers page, hiring collateral) 8) Support events + field marketing Represent Stasmayer at job fairs / trade shows / hiring events Coordinate booth materials and capture media content during events 9) Other functions and duties assigned by management to support new technologies and business models to come. Tools you'll be fluent in
Required:
HubSpot (must be strong and hands-on) AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude and/or similar) + a willingness to build repeatable workflows Analytics/reporting comfort (Dashboards, attribution basics, etc.) Ability to manage vendors Video and Audio editing tools (Apple Logic, Apple Final Cut, etc.)

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
