We are a 12,000 sq ft Center of Excellence in Personalized Systems Medicine, the largest private outpatient apheresis center in the United States, and three-time winner of Best Holistic Clinic in Nashville. Our clinical team takes on the cases other practices give up on. Our patients are not transactions. They are long-term health relationships, and many of them come to us after years of not getting answers anywhere else. That matters for this role. When someone trusts us with their health, everything leading up to that decision needs to reflect that trust. Not just the clinical care, but how they find us, what they read first, and whether the work that reaches them feels as considered as the medicine behind it. What This Role Is About Two things have to work together for marketing to function: a steady flow of the right people discovering MaxWell Clinic, and a department organized enough to produce excellent work on schedule, every week, without dropping anything. This role owns both. It is the front half and the backbone. You bring people to the door, and you own the engine that gets the work made and shipped on time. Demand generation, the master marketing calendar, the production pipeline, the AI agent stack, and the outside partners who fill the gaps all sit with you. You are the operator who turns a strategy and a roster of capabilities into campaigns that actually go live, on brand and on schedule. This role works in close partnership with our Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Manager, and with a VP of Marketing who is hands-on. You will be in the clinic every day, close to the work and the people it serves. What You Will OwnAcquisition and Demand Generation You own the top of the funnel: every channel and campaign that brings the right person to MaxWell for the first time. Paid search and social, SEO and organic content, landing pages, events and webinars, local presence, and earned media all sit here. You will not be running every ad account alone in a vacuum. You orchestrate the acquisition work across our AI agent stack and our outside agency and contractor partners, you set the brief, you hold the quality bar, and you answer for the number that matters: qualified inquiries at a cost that makes sense. You coordinate budget pacing with the VP of Marketing, who owns strategy, and you keep every channel pointed at the same goal. The Marketing Calendar and Production Engine You own the master marketing calendar. Every campaign, content piece, landing page, and launch lives on it, with owners, deadlines, and dependencies that are visible to everyone. This is the spine the whole department runs on. The lifecycle programs work in harmony with the calendar rather than competing with it. When something is late, you know before it becomes a problem. When two efforts collide, you are the one who sequences them. Nothing ships by accident and nothing meaningful slips through a crack, because you built the system that catches it. The AI Agent Stack and Outside Team We run a marketing department built around AI agents, supported by human specialists and agency partners. You run the day to day of that department: the creative and acquisition agents that produce and distribute the work, the SLAs they operate on, the quality gates everything passes before it ships, and the contractor and vendor relationships that fill the gaps. You do not need to have built AI agents before. You do need to be the kind of person who is energized, not intimidated, by managing a team that is part human and part software, and who is comfortable standing something up quickly with modern tooling when that is the fastest path to shipped. Campaign Operations and Reporting You own how the acquisition side of marketing gets measured. Traffic, lead volume, cost per qualified inquiry, channel mix, content performance, and the weekly and monthly reporting cadence that keeps leadership oriented. You build the dashboards, you run the post mortems, and you turn what the numbers say into next month's calendar. Patient-level retention and lifecycle metrics are owned and interpreted by the Lifecycle Manager. Your job is to keep the top-of-funnel and channel data that feeds them clean, accurate, and on time. How This Role Works With the Lifecycle Team These two roles are designed as a pair, and the line between them is deliberate. You own "find and qualify". The Lifecycle Manager owns "keep and grow". You bring the right person to MaxWell Clinic and hand off a captured, qualified inquiry. From that inquiry forward, the nurture, onboarding, enrollment, renewal, and advocacy belong to the Lifecycle Manager. You own the channels, campaigns, content, landing pages, and the calendar that produces all of it. They own the CRM, the lifecycle stages, the patient email and SMS programs, and retention. The inquiry is the handoff. Everything before it is yours. Everything after it is theirs. The calendar is shared, and you own it. Lifecycle programs schedule onto your master calendar, so the patient never gets a fragmented experience and the two of you never step on each other. Acquisition data feeds lifecycle. You keep the top-of-funnel and channel data clean and timely. They interpret what happens to those people once they are in the system. Who This Is For You are an operator. You see a pile of moving parts and your instinct is to build the system that makes them predictable. A calendar with real owners and real deadlines is not bureaucracy to you. It is how good work actually ships. You think in funnels and you chase the number. You know the difference between activity and a qualified lead, and you are not satisfied until you can see, channel by channel, what is working and what is not. You are comfortable being the conductor. Some of your team is human and some of it is software. You are good at briefing, at holding a quality bar, and at getting strong work out of people and tools without personally doing all of it. You move around obstacles. Things on your list get done. When something blocks you, you route around it and mention it later if it matters. You build, you do not maintain. You are not here to keep someone else's calendar tidy. You are here to own the engine and make it better. What You BringExperience (2 to 5 years) Demand generation, campaign management, marketing operations, or product marketing experience with measurable results: traffic you grew, a lead pipeline you built, a webinar or content engine you ran end to end. You have owned a calendar or a production pipeline across multiple channels and stakeholders, and kept it on schedule. Comfort sourcing and managing outside help: agencies, freelancers, contractors. You know how to write a brief, hold a standard, and tell when work is genuinely done rather than just delivered. Healthcare, membership-model, or B2B experience is a meaningful plus, particularly anything with a considered, relationship-driven buying decision. Technology Fluency You use AI tools every day, and you are comfortable orchestrating them, not just prompting them once. You have used no-code or vibe-coding tools such as Replit or Lovable to stand something up quickly. You are fluent in the modern marketing stack: HubSpot, GA4 and analytics tooling, SEO tooling, and the kind of automation that lets one organized person do the work of several. You are curious about what software can do, and honest about where it still needs a person. Mindset You care about the whole system, not just your own lane. You are comfortable being in the clinic every day, close to the work, and you see that proximity as an asset. You are results-oriented over effort-oriented. One well-run calendar that keeps ten campaigns on schedule is worth more to you than personally writing every asset. You want to grow into leadership, and you understand that running this engine well is how you earn that scope. What This Is Not A coordinator role where you keep a calendar that someone else owns. A role for someone who waits for a brief before deciding something is a problem. If you see a gap, you close it. A role for someone who wants to personally make every asset. The leverage here is in orchestration, not in output from your own hands. A role where AI is a novelty you are open to exploring. The agent department is real and it is central, and you are running it from day one. Your First 90 Days The master marketing calendar is live, owned, and adopted: every campaign, content piece, and launch visible with clear owners and deadlines. The acquisition agents and outside partners are operating on defined SLAs and quality gates, with a brief-to-ship workflow you own end to end. Baseline acquisition reporting is in place: you can answer, by channel, what we are spending, what we are getting, and what a qualified inquiry costs us. A clean handoff to the Lifecycle Manager is defined and running, so every qualified inquiry lands in the lifecycle system without anything dropping in between.
