We're looking for a special individual to join the Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland team to manage our marketing and events initiatives . This role is perfect for someone who is creative, energetic, highly organized, and passionate about using their talents to make a difference. JOB SUMMARY
n this multifaceted role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of our organization and its mission, manage the donor database and implement direct mail marketing strategies. You will also play a crucial role in planning and coordinating events to engage our community and supporters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the mission and activities of Habitat for Humanity. Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the website, to communicate the impact of our work and inspire support. Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories, photos, and other materials to showcase the organization's achievements and projects. Manage the organization's social media presence, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging. Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as special build days, fundraisers and community outreach activities. Oversee the donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and develop strategies to cultivate donor relationships. Implement and manage direct mail marketing initiatives to engage donors and supporters. Establish and maintain relationships with local media outlets to secure coverage for events and initiatives. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, donor engagement, and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with other team members by utilizing their databases or systems, such as peer-to-peer systems, fundraising platforms, volunteer management databases, etc. to enhance cross-functional initiatives Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, donor database management, and direct mail marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to generate innovative ideas. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools. Passion for and commitment to the mission of Habitat for Humanity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
