Job Description
Overview We are a multi-unit franchise group operating 48 Crunch Fitness locations and growing! We're seeking a Marketing Manager to support our mission to maximize the number of lives changed in the communities we serve. This role will drive programs for 31 stores in their region to drive membership acquisition, retention and lifetime value. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. The Marketing Manager will lead content creation, social media engagement, develop SMS and email campaigns, and support media performance optimization across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who loves blending creativity and data, enjoys working closely with operators in the field, and wants to see their work make a direct impact on business results. Key Responsibilities Create content and copy write for social, media placements, print, email, and in-store. Adapt national campaigns, creative assets, and offers for local execution. Lead monthly planning sessions with stores to guide promotions, events, local content creation, and local tactics. Monitor local social activity and coach stores on capturing and posting local content aligned with brand voice and standards. Serve as the primary marketing advisor to stores, ensuring operators have the tools, templates, and assets they need. Build and launch SMS and email campaigns within the CRM. Track social and digital performance and make optimizations to creative and messaging. Manage the test-and-learn roadmap to refine messaging and content strategies. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, social media, or digital media. Experience in retail or other consumer-facing industries preferred. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community-based marketing. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
