We are building the canvassing department in Knoxville from the ground up and hiring the Field Marketing Manager who will own it. This is a lead from the front role, so you will hire, coach, and knock alongside a team of up to six field marketers. Your earnings track directly to the revenue your department generates, and the current Director of Field Marketing was promoted out of this exact seat. Key Responsibilities Own the canvassing department for the Knoxville market end to end Lead from the front in the field with your team, in every season and every kind of weather Coach and develop a team of up to six field marketing representatives, and run two territories once the team is at full strength Drive daily activity standards for doors knocked, appointments set, and estimates booked Own the department's monthly generated revenue number and report progress to the Director of Field Marketing Run team meetings, ride alongs, and in field coaching sessions that lift conversion Partner with sales leadership so canvassing generated leads convert cleanly into sold jobs Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Experience leading a door to door, canvassing, or outside sales team, or a track record as a top producer ready to step into leadership Backgrounds in home services, solar, pest control, alarm and security, telecom, or political canvassing all transfer well Lives in the Knoxville market and knows the area Comfortable working outdoors roughly 11am to 7pm, off Sundays with a rotating Saturday Able to coach and hold a team accountable to daily activity numbers Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must pass a pre employment background check Benefits Base salary of $55,000 plus a percentage of the canvassing department's monthly generated revenue A set dollar amount for every canvassing lead your team books Realistic on target earnings of $80,000 to $115,000, with top performers earning more Company van, fuel card, and iPad provided, with field expenses covered Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with a 4 percent company match Paid time off and a real promotion path, the current Director of Field Marketing came up through this role About Hire Right Recruiting At Hire Right LLC , we partner with skilled trades and service businesses to build teams that last.
