Run targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to boost visibility and engagement. Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports to inform future strategies. Maintain strong relationship management with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners through proactive communication and public relations efforts. Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce initiatives through compelling product promotion. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics. Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback effectively. Experience in content creation including writing engaging posts, editing videos, capturing high-quality photography, and proofreading for accuracy. Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing best practices.
