Music City Auto Auction is a dealer-only auto auction serving Middle Tennessee since 2015. We're proud to be a "Best Auction to Work For" winner and are looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role combines inside sales, customer service, and marketing support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to dealers to promote weekly sales and follow up on leads Support sales tracking and CRM reporting Assist with social media, email, text, and promotional marketing campaigns Coordinate themed events and promotions Provide excellent customer service to buyers and sellers What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, customer service, or automotive-related work preferred Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office, social media, CRM systems, and marketing tools such as Constant Contact, Salesforce, and Canva Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screening Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Bonus opportunities 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA, life, and disability insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Career growth opportunities Schedule & Location Full-time | Monday-Friday | Daytime hours Spring Hill, TN 37174 If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and supporting both sales and marketing efforts, we'd love to hear from you!
