Los Angeles, California Compensation:
We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate's background and location are confirmed.
Work Authorization:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position. As a Paid Social practitioner, ultimately you will be accountable for ensuring work for clients is delivered to standard, being the point of escalation as required. You'll take the lead on specific scaled initiatives that benefit the entire practice. Working closely with the Head of Practice, you'll manage resource effectively and get involved in new business too. You'll adopt technology to advance delivery and augment the practice capabilities through process optimisation.
In this role you will:
Use your deep-practice knowledge you will use your decision making latitude and work independently to deliver highly successful campaigns. Effectively plan, deliver and measure campaigns ensuring high-impact returns for clients. Develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes. Actively lead and develop the Paid Social best-practice roadmap so that our offering is continually developing. Act as a senior point of escalation for clients, working to ensure that work is delivered to standard and on time. Play a key leadership role of Brainlabbers in the practice, growing capability and knowledge to help deliver for our clients We're looking for someone who: Has strong Paid Social delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience Has demonstrable success in optimising Paid Social campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development. Has a developing understanding about how channels work and optimise together. Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients. Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning. Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills. Has a strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated. And this is what success looks like in the role: You will live our culture code every day!
