Job Description Help Shape the Brand Behind One of Dallas' Leading Luxury Interior Design Firms! Nicole Arnold Interiors is looking for a creative, highly organized Brand & Content Marketing Manager with strong hands-on social media and content creation experience. You know how to capture beautiful spaces through photography and short-form video, turn projects and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn content, and build a consistent luxury brand presence across digital channels. This is not a behind-the-scenes corporate marketing role. You'll be immersed in the creative side of our business: capturing installations, attending photoshoots and High Point Market, developing social content, identifying PR opportunities, collaborating directly with our founder and design team, and helping determine how our brand shows up in the world. We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of demonstrated content development, social media, and marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of a brand rather than simply execute a marketing calendar. For the right person, this position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to grow into the leader of the firm's marketing function. Job Responsibilities Create & Tell Our Story with Content

  • Support client events, gifting and branded touchpoints
  • Manage marketing campaigns, calendars and deadlines
  • Maintain marketing and relationship information within HubSpot
  • Continually seek new ways to strengthen the Nicole Arnold Interiors brand and client experience Job Qualifications You May Be a Great Fit If.
.. You're a creative marketer who also happens to be exceptionally organized. You see a beautiful room and immediately think about the reel, photograph, story, or media pitch that could come from it. You don't need someone to hand you a daily task list. You notice opportunities, bring forward ideas and follow through. You have a sophisticated visual eye and understand the luxury consumer. You know that marketing a luxury brand requires both creativity and restraint—and you understand the difference between content that simply gets attention and content that builds the right brand. Most importantly, you're ready for greater ownership. You want to make an impact now while building toward the opportunity to lead a marketing function in the future. What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of brand, content, and social media marketing experience, including hands-on responsibility for developing and managing social content.
  • Demonstrated ability to capture and create social media content - Must have portfolio or work samples demonstrating social content creation, including short form video, photography, copywriting and/or visual storytelling.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent visual judgment and understanding of branding
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership
  • Ability to evaluate marketing performance and use data to improve results
  • Bachelor's degree preferred Bonus points for experience with: PR/media pitching, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, HubSpot, Asana, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Houzz, SEO or luxury/design/lifestyle brands.
