We uncover opportunities, solve business challenges, strengthen brands, and create marketing that makes a meaningful impact. We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Paid Media Manager with deep, hands-on paid media expertise who can connect strategy, execution, data, technology, and performance. Paid media is a major focus of this role. The right person will have strong experience planning, building, managing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns—particularly across Google Ads and Meta Ads —and be comfortable taking ownership of client media budgets and the results those investments produce. But we're not looking for someone who only knows ad platforms. This person should understand how the broader digital ecosystem works together—from paid media and SEO to social, content, websites, analytics, lead generation, conversion, CRM, AI, and emerging technology—and how those pieces contribute to a client's larger business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, Texas.
What You'll Own:
Paid Media Strategy & Performance Paid media is one of the most important areas of ownership for this position. You'll develop, execute, manage, and continuously optimize paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok , and other relevant platforms. We're looking for someone who can: Develop strategic media plans based on client objectives, budgets, audiences, historical performance, and opportunities. Build and manage campaigns with a strong understanding of structure, targeting, bidding, budget allocation, conversion goals, creative testing, and optimization. Continuously evaluate lead volume, lead quality, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, revenue contribution, and overall marketing effectiveness. Identify where client media dollars are producing results—and where budgets or strategies should change. Diagnose performance issues rather than simply report them. Connect paid media performance to what happens after the click, including landing pages, calls, forms, CRM activity, lead quality, sales, and revenue. The expectation is not simply to manage paid media. It is to understand it, challenge it, improve it, and take ownership of its performance. Digital Strategy & Conversion Strong digital marketing doesn't stop at the advertising platform. You'll evaluate the full customer journey—from audience and creative to messaging, offers, websites, landing pages, lead handling, CRM integration, and conversion experience. You'll work closely with Red7's account, creative, production, and development teams to turn performance insights into stronger marketing. You should also have a working understanding of SEO, local search, organic social, content, email, website optimization, and conversion-rate optimization and understand how those channels support the larger digital strategy. Analytics, Attribution & Forecasting Data should drive decisions—not just fill reports. You'll work with tools and data sources including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, platform analytics, CRM data, call tracking, and reporting/dashboard platforms to ensure campaigns are properly measured and evaluated. You should be able to clearly answer: What happened?
Why did it happen?
What does it mean?
What should we do next? You'll also help develop performance projections based on budgets, historical data, benchmarks, seasonality, and current results, then compare actual performance against expectations to improve future strategy and planning. Client & Team Leadership This role requires someone who can communicate digital strategy as well as execute it. You'll serve as a digital subject-matter expert in client and internal conversations, explaining strategies, performance, opportunities, and recommendations in a way that both digital and non-digital audiences can understand. You'll also help strengthen Red7's overall digital capabilities by: Sharing important platform and industry changes. Helping establish digital best practices and quality standards. Supporting and educating other team members. Bringing new ideas and opportunities forward. Documenting strategies, testing, results, and key learnings so important knowledge stays within the agency. We want someone who sees a problem or opportunity and brings a recommendation—not someone who waits for a task to be assigned. AI, Innovation & What's Next Digital marketing is changing quickly, and part of this role is helping Red7 stay ahead of changes that actually matter. You'll help evaluate developments in areas such as AI-powered search, generative and agentic search, AI-driven advertising, marketing automation, new advertising ecosystems, emerging social and discovery platforms, creator marketing, and new audience and targeting capabilities. The goal isn't to chase every new tool or trend. It's to determine: Does this matter? How could it affect our clients? What should we test? What should we be preparing for now? You'll also explore ways AI, automation, and emerging tools can improve agency efficiency, analysis, research, optimization, and strategic thinking. New ideas should become thoughtful experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, budgets, timeframes, and documented outcomes. What We're Looking For Strong, hands-on paid media experience is required. Demonstrated expertise managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, media planning, budget allocation, bidding, targeting, campaign structure, testing, and optimization. Ability to analyze performance, diagnose why results are changing, and turn findings into actionable recommendations. Strong understanding of metrics including CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue attribution. Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console , and related digital marketing and measurement tools. Understanding of how media, audience, creative, messaging, offers, landing pages, lead handling, and conversion performance work together. Working knowledge of SEO, local search, websites, organic social, and conversion-rate optimization. Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking, marketing automation, reporting/dashboard tools, and lead-generation technology. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, budgets, priorities, and deadlines. A proactive, curious, solutions-oriented mindset. Agency or multi-client experience is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent professional experience and demonstrated expertise will be strongly considered. What Success Looks Like Success in this role isn't simply launching campaigns, managing budgets, or delivering reports. It means having a clear strategic reason behind our digital decisions, knowing whether those decisions are producing meaningful business results, and continually identifying ways to improve. A successful Digital Marketing Manager will: Give the broader team clear visibility into digital strategy and media plans. Take ownership of paid media performance and client investment. Use data to make better decisions. Identify problems before they become larger issues. Bring opportunities forward without waiting to be asked. Help clients understand not just what we're doing, but why . Challenge assumptions when the data tells us something different. Help the digital team become smarter and stronger. Keep Red7 ahead of meaningful changes in platforms, AI, search, consumer behavior, and technology. Turn testing and client learnings into repeatable knowledge.
Continually ask:
What can we do better, and what's next? The right person will combine hands-on paid media expertise, strategic thinking, analytical curiosity, strong communication, creative problem-solving, and a genuine drive to produce measurable results for our clients.
