Job Summary Centex Roofing is seeking a motivated, hands-on Roofing Market Manager to support and oversee our growing Austin/San Antonio market. This is a field-forward leadership role designed for someone who wants to learn our systems, develop management skills. The Market Manager will work closely with the Director to oversee multiple roofing technicians, manage daily operations, and ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction. This role requires time both in the office and in the field—supervising repairs and completing repairs, assisting with hands-on training, and learning how to run a profitable multi-family roofing operation from the ground up.

The Roofing Service Manager must lift materials, climb multiple stories, and work outdoors in varied weather. They must follow proper safety practices and wear PPE to minimize hazards.
