Full-Time Compensation Starting Salary:

$35,000/year Compensation may increase based on experience Performance-based growth opportunities available About the Role Mountain Star Roofing Systems is seeking a hands-on, full-stack Marketing Director to lead and execute all aspects of the company's marketing efforts. This is a high-impact role responsible for building, managing, and scaling the company's brand, online presence, and lead generation systems. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-driven , capable of managing everything from content creation to paid advertising and website development. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute overall marketing strategy Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business) Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns (job sites, in-office content, ads) Design graphics and marketing materials (digital and print) Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings Build, maintain, and update company website(s) (WordPress or similar) Generate and manage inbound leads and marketing funnels Support hiring efforts through job postings and applicant outreach Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms Qualifications Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related field Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, and analytics Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console Experience managing social media platforms and campaigns Basic programming/web development knowledge ( HTML, CSS, WordPress or similar ) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design , or a related field Experience in home services, construction, or roofing industry (a plus) What We're Looking For A self-starter who can take ownership of all marketing efforts Someone who is both creative and data-driven Strong problem-solving mindset Ability to adapt and scale marketing efforts as the company grows Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join Mountain Star Roofing Systems Opportunity to build and lead marketing from the ground up Direct impact on company growth and brand development Creative freedom and ownership over marketing direction Growing company with long-term potential If you're looking for a role where you can take full ownership of marketing and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
