Primarily Onsite; hybrid flexibility may be considered for the right candidate About the Role We are seeking an experienced Legal Marketing Manager to lead the firm's marketing operations, vendor relationships, performance reporting, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who can take strategic direction from leadership and independently turn it into measurable results. Legal or personal injury marketing experience is a strong plus, but we are open to exceptional marketers with strong analytical, vendor management, and execution skills. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Vendor Management Manage digital and print marketing vendors and agencies. Hold vendors accountable for deliverables, deadlines, performance, and results. Coordinate marketing initiatives from strategy through execution. Marketing Performance & Reporting Manage the firm's CRM and marketing tracking systems. Build and maintain weekly and monthly marketing scorecards. Track inquiries, signed cases, referrals, marketing sources, lost opportunities, and cost per signed case. Provide leadership with clear reporting and actionable insights. Marketing ROI & Optimization Analyze marketing performance and identify high- and low-performing channels. Recommend where marketing budgets should be reduced, increased, or reallocated. Use data to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives. Attorney Referral Marketing Build and maintain systems that keep the firm top-of-mind with referring attorneys throughout Texas. Develop initiatives designed to increase measurable attorney referral opportunities. Founder & Brand Marketing Support the development of the Founder's personal brand through content, speaking opportunities, media, thought leadership, and select social media initiatives. Increase visibility for the firm's community involvement and the Stephens Family Foundation. AI & Marketing Technology Use AI regularly for content creation, competitor research, reporting, analysis, and workflow optimization. Identify new opportunities to leverage AI and technology to improve marketing efficiency and results. Marketing Execution Translate leadership's strategy into consistent, measurable execution. Take ownership of implementation, follow-through, and results. Work closely with the Founder, Office Manager, intake team, and external marketing partners. What We're Looking For 5-10+ years of marketing experience , preferably in a results-driven environment. Proven experience managing outside marketing vendors or agencies. Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using CRM or lead-tracking platforms. Ability to quickly learn and master Lead Docket CRM ; prior Lead Docket experience is a plus. Demonstrated experience using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work. Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, lead generation, conversion, and ROI. Excellent vendor management and project management skills. Legal or personal injury marketing experience is a strong plus, but not required . Organized, accountable, direct, and able to work independently. Comfortable taking strategic direction from leadership and owning execution. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$120,000-$140,000 annually
