Job Description
Intuit's ProTax Group (PTG) develops and brings to market the products that Accountants use to deliver value to tax clients and small businesses. You will be part of the Marketing Operations team - a small but mighty group responsible for the systems, data, and processes behind how we market, sell, fulfill, license, bill, and renew our products. You'll partner with the rest of the marketing department, finance, sales, care, product management, and program management across the ProTax Group, as well as enterprise teams such as monetization services and offering design, to drive revenue and customer delight through operational excellence and innovation. We are looking for someone with an AI-first mindset who approaches every problem with curiosity, proactively spots opportunities to improve, and has a strong bias for action. This is an individual contributor role, not a people manager. Responsibilities Own end-to-end strategy and execution for a functional area, partnering with business and technical teams to drive strategic business systems and marketing initiatives forward. Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear, well-structured requirements, and build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders using a clear, data-driven point of view. Determine the right technology solutions and configurations to fit business needs, applying judgment to evaluate build vs. buy vs. AI-augmented approaches. Own the creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing plans to ensure quality outcomes. Analyze data sets to identify root causes, resolve workflow failures or inaccurate results, and proactively surface risks before they become issues. Identify and lead opportunities for improvement and automation within a functional area, including evaluating and championing AI tools and technologies to streamline operations. Partner with technical teams to execute and validate system workflows end to end. Work cross-functionally and gain buy-in from stakeholders across marketing, finance, sales, care, product, and program management to ensure solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders, internal and external. Maintain and elevate comprehensive documentation of processes, requirements, and system configurations to support continuity and future iteration. Foster continuous learning across the team — coaching colleagues and helping elevate the team's ability to solve complex, cross-functional problems. Serve as a subject-matter expert and thought partner, communicating complex ideas with clarity to both technical and non-technical audiences to influence decisions.
