The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain residents for a Senior Housing Community.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead Generation :

Conducting outreach and generating leads through various channels.

Marketing Campaigns :

Developing and managing marketing campaigns to promote the facility's services and attract new residents.

Community Relations :

Maintaining relationships with residents, their families, and the community to foster positive perceptions.

Performance Tracking :

Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making.

Team Coordination :

Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach. The role requires a strong understanding of the senior living industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
