Join Spectrum as a Senior Manager of Market Retail Sales and lead the charge in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and innovative retail channels. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in expanding Spectrum's reach and elevating our impact across the market. How You'll Make an Impact Partner with the Area Director to develop and manage sales plans that support customer growth and revenue objectives by overseeing strategies for selling Spectrum products and services Communicate sales strategies and performance requirements to Retail Account Managers while monitoring and evaluating results Manage, coach and motivate Retail Sales Account Managers and their teams to achieve individual and team objectives Build high-performance teams by recruiting, training and retaining talent while fostering continuous development Implement retail channel strategies to increase market awareness, including developing new retail points of distribution Develop sales incentives and manage relationships with Retail Partners to drive channel effectiveness and sales growth Oversee the execution of retailer support, service expectations and company policy enforcement to ensure client satisfaction and compliance Working Conditions Retail environment Exposure to moderate noise levels Travel up to 75% What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Experience 5+ years supervisory experience 3+ years process design or project management experience 5+ years corporate work experience 3+ years cable industry experience 5+ years retail experience Skills Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Knowledge of Spectrum process and procedure design and documentation Ability to build an effective sales team Valid driver's license and ability to meet Spectrum's motor vehicle requirements Preferred Qualifications Skills Knowledge of telecommunications products and services Understanding of customer relations functions and related tasks #
