Summary of Role:
Reporting to the VP Product Management and Marketing, Power Product Line at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, the Director of Product Marketing will be the Marketing lead for the Power portfolio. Power Product Line targets a variety of applications across smart mobile devices, automotive, industrial, datacenter and communications infrastructure markets. Power product Line is inclusive of technologies like BCD, BCDLite, GaN, integrated magnetics and others. This position will drive business and market execution for the portfolio including complex multi-year business negotiations with customers. The preferred location is Dallas, TX, Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA Essential responsibilities: Gain market share by penetrating new accounts and expanding business with the existing accounts. Develop relationships with key stakeholders at targeted accounts. Work with the sales and end market teams to build and grow the design-win funnel. This includes opportunity qualification, engagement and closure to grow revenue for the product line while maintaining profitability. Develop product pricing, positioning, placement and messaging that differentiates the portfolio in the marketplace. This includes working with sales and end market teams to identify new markets and opportunities to grow the portfolio revenue. Plan, manage and execute all marketing activities during the life cycle of a new product. Create and deploy compelling presentation collateral to articulate the value of GLOBALFOUNDRIES' solutions to the customer and end-users to drive adoption. Review competitive landscape and build strategies to address gaps. Influence process roadmap by feeding competitive and customer intelligence data to the product management team. Manage on an on-going basis all opportunities related to the portfolio including price escalations, customer visits, sampling activity etc. Create a sense of urgency and drive clarity across multi-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Identify issues and address them head-on using data to move complex multi-site programs forward. Serve as a champion of
GLOBALFOUNDRIES
technology solutions with strong external presence at technology conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc. Develop long range revenue models to inform the growth trajectory of the product line as well as enable capacity/CapEx decisions. Deliver on yearly revenue targets by working very closely with customers and sales teams.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field 10+ Years of Experience in
Semiconductor Product Company Travel Requirements:
25%-40% of travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and/or
Business Administration Language:
Fluency in a second language (Chinese, German, Japanese) to support high growth markets The individual will need to possess deep knowledge of semiconductor technology along with broad technical and business skills to be successful in the role. Expected Salary Range $166,500.00 - $319,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
