We currently operate Ashley locations in Victoria, Corpus Christi, and Bay City alongside 5th & Home Furniture, a locally owned furniture and mattress store in Victoria. It's the best of both worlds having National Brand Recognition with local family ownership . Ashley Furniture is recognized as the leading furniture brand globally and the top retailer of furniture and bedding in the United States. Duties Own end-to-end marketing strategy for the Ashley Store locations and the 5th & Home Furniture Store, aligning Ashley's national and brand guidelines with 5th & Home's independent brand voice. Build and run the local marketing calendar for sales events, seasonal promotions, in-store signage/POP, and financing/promo campaigns that is coordinated across Victoria, Corpus Christi, and Bay City. Plan and manage digital campaigns with Google Ads, Meta advertising, and SEM and own SEO across store and e-commerce pages, tracking results in Google Analytics and Tag Manager. Content Creation for social media platforms, keeping brand messaging consistent while tailoring promotions to each local market. Manage the marketing budget and vendor/agency relationships, including creative and paid media spend, and report ROI directly to ownership. Manage website content updates and website management using content management systems to ensure optimal user experience through website optimization. Coordinate creative content creation for graphic design and multimedia assets tailored for various platforms. Partner with store leadership and sales teams at each location so campaigns line up with inventory, financing offers, and store-level goals Build community presence in all markets through local partnerships, sponsorships, and events that grow brand reputation store by store Qualifications Marketing experience, including experience leading marketing strategy rather than just executing campaigns. Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms. Strong project management skills being comfortable running several campaigns and locations at once without dropping details. Main Office location will be the Ashley Store in Victoria, Texas and will require willingness to travel regularly between Victoria, Corpus Christi, and Bay City. Preferred Experience marketing across multiple locations, or in a multi-unit, franchise, or retail-chain environment. Experience in furniture, home goods, or another big-ticket retail category. Experience with STORIS or another retail/furniture ERP platform. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are advantageous. $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
