Associate Director of Marketing and Brand Partnerships About the Dr Pepper Museum Located in the heart of Waco, Texas, the Dr Pepper Museum celebrates the history of the world's oldest major soft drink and the broader American soft drink industry. Housed in the historic 1906 bottling plant, we are an independent, non-profit educational institution and a premier Texas tourism destination. Welcoming over 300,000 visitors annually, we create unforgettable guest experiences through interactive exhibits, educational programming, a historic soda fountain, and dynamic community events. The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to fill the role of Associate Director of Marketing and Brand Partnerships. This high-impact leadership position blends big-brand power with creative freedom. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director, you will have the autonomy to make high-level decisions, lead a talented creative team, and cultivate major corporate relationships. What You'll Do Drive the
Strategy:
Architect and execute comprehensive digital, social, and experiential marketing campaigns to skyrocket brand visibility. Lead the
Team:
Mentor and guide a talented creative squad, including our Marketing and Communications Manager, Creative Services Manager, and interns. Own the
Partnerships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for joint marketing initiatives with Keurig Dr Pepper, corporate advertisers, and major stakeholders.
Fuel Revenue Growth:
Oversee exciting revenue streams, including online giving campaigns, event sponsorships, and our historic courtyard brick campaign. Be the
Voice:
Serve as the official Museum representative and primary point of contact for media interviews.
Analyze & Optimize:
Dive into data analytics and KPIs to track ROI, optimize budgets, and deeply understand visitor trends. What You Bring to the
Table Experience:
5-7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and budgets.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Partnership Prowess:
Demonstrated success securing corporate sponsorships and managing revenue-generating marketing initiatives.
Tech Savvy:
High comfort level navigating and leveraging CRM software to drive audience strategy.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. Spanish language proficiency is a big plus!
Industry Context:
