About Your Role:
As a Brand Manager at Dollar Tree's corporate office, you'll serve as a key strategic leader within the Marketing organization and the primary liaison to Merchandising. You'll translate merchant priorities and enterprise growth objectives into cohesive, full-funnel go-to-market strategies that drive traffic, sales, and customer engagement. You will also own the integrated marketing calendar and ensure alignment across all channels and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric campaigns. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership:
Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Merchandising, ensuring alignment on seasonal, category, and strategic priorities Translate merchant priorities and enterprise objectives into cohesive, end-to-end go-to-market strategies Ensure marketing investments align with enterprise traffic, sales, and category growth goals Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture built on accountability, transparency, and strategic thinking
Integrated Marketing Planning & Execution:
Own the development and execution of the annual integrated marketing calendar across store and digital channels Apply a structured Who / What / How framework to guide audience targeting, business priorities, and channel execution Lead cross-functional planning across Creative, Paid Media, Digital, Social, eCommerce, Customer Insights, and Stores Ensure consistent execution and seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
Insights, Performance & Optimization:
Partner with Customer Insights to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and actionable consumer insights Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end marketing planning process to enhance speed, clarity, and effectiveness Own monthly and quarterly business recaps, delivering performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership Participate in weekly agency and paid media meetings, holding partners accountable for performance and alignment
Your Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in Brand Management and/or Integrated Marketing with ownership of go-to-market strategy Experience in CPG and/or large-scale retail environments (big box preferred) Proven ability to translate business strategy into full-funnel marketing plans that drive results Experience leading cross-functional teams across Creative, Media, Digital, and Insights Strong analytical and business acumen with experience developing performance recaps and actionable insights Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while bringing structure and clarity Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across Merchandising and Marketing Experience contributing to full-funnel paid media strategy discussions Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Requirements:
