The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational leadership by driving accountability, monitoring key performance metrics, mitigating risks, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that reduce lead times, improve delivery performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. Success will also be measured by the ability to balance competing priorities, maintain compliance with government contracting requirements, and foster a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, and operational excellence throughout the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of program management, operations management, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience.
