Job Summary:
The Brand Marketing Manager is a key role within the Marketing Department, responsible for shaping how Legend Brands' portfolio of brands shows up across every market touch-point. This position acts as the creative lead for brand storytelling and visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality across product launches, packaging, trade show presence, digital campaigns, and sales collateral. This includes leading design execution, developing brand narratives that translate technical product value into compelling stories, and reviewing and approving content published through the company's shared marketing and content platforms, including HubSpot, Filecamp, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller and detail-oriented editor with a proven ability to translate brand strategy into polished, on-brand execution across a diverse, multi-brand portfolio. This role will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and digital commerce teams to bring new products to market with cohesive creative, maintain brand standards and asset libraries, and support business objectives through clear, consistent, and compelling brand presence. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred 5+ years in brand marketing, graphic design, or creative strategy, ideally in B2B, manufacturing, or multi-brand environments Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design skill and brand storytelling ability Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and comfort working within established brand systems Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable marketing platform, particularly reviewing/editing content within existing templates and workflows Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail A strategic mindset paired with hands-on creative execution ; you can set direction and also do the work Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and eCommerce teams Skilled in project management and organizational skills to track multiple brand initiatives and deadlines Ability to work independently while keeping leadership informed of priorities and progress Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Hiring Range Between $86K - $97k annually Benefits Legend Brands offers an excellent benefits package with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, leaves of absence, 10 paid holidays, generous paid time off, employer matching 401k PLUS a company-sponsored pension, and more!
