We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy across a high-profile corporate dining account spanning multiple locations in ten states. In this role, you'll be the creative force and strategic partner behind every guest interaction—shaping how our brand comes to life at every touchpoint, from the first bite to the last bill. This is more than a marketing role—it's an opportunity to be the storyteller, strategist, and brand steward for a dynamic, multi-state region. You'll partner closely with operators, cross-functional teams, and community stakeholders to build marketing programs that don't just check boxes, but genuinely elevate the guest experience and drive lasting loyalty. Please note - this role demands the ability to travel (30% - air/car); when not traveling, on site presence at local accounts is expected, 3 to 4 days per week. What You'll Do Serve as the curator of dynamic client experiences, designed to drive guest satisfaction and foster genuine engagement and loyalty Develop and manage annual marketing plans that fuel revenue growth across meal plans, retail, and catering—and measure the impact of every initiative Supervise and direct marketing efforts across the region, guiding units in the execution of promotions, campaigns, and sales-driving programs Act as the architect of our storytelling approach, both within local communities and across the national industry stage Partner with communities to strengthen relationships, support sustainability initiatives, and promote nutritional and dietary awareness programming Create and distribute compelling collateral that showcases the success and personality of the dining program Ensure brand consistency across all units, upholding visual merchandising and guest experience standards Develop marketing communications including brochures, newsletters, promotional guides, and guest feedback systems Analyze trends, guest feedback, and insights to continually elevate the dining experience Plan and coordinate engaging programming and events that bring the brand to life Qualifications What We're Looking For BS degree in Marketing preferred 5+ years of relevant marketing experience; contract food service or hospitality industry background strongly preferred Proven ability to engage and inspire food & beverage teams around marketing objectives Demonstrated merchandising and promotions experience, ideally within CPG or a related industry Exceptional communication skills—you're a proactive, tactful communicator who can educate and energize a team A true hospitality mentality: your passion for exceptional dining experiences shines through in everything you create Why Join Us This is your chance to make a visible, meaningful impact across a high-profile, multi-state account—shaping guest experiences, building brand loyalty, and telling a story that resonates at both the local and national level.
