Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Manager to support the company's marketing, communications, and business development efforts. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who can manage day-to-day marketing activities, create professional content, maintain the company's online presence, and help generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and representing the company in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, company profiles, and promotional content. Manage and update the company website and social media platforms. Create and coordinate social media posts, newsletters, announcements, and other marketing communications. Assist with developing proposals, capability statements, brochures, and other business development materials. Maintain consistent company branding and messaging across marketing materials. Research potential clients, partners, events, and business opportunities. Assist with maintaining customer and business development databases. Coordinate marketing campaigns, outreach efforts, and company events. Track basic marketing activity and results and provide updates to management. Work with management and operations staff to gather project information, photos, accomplishments, and company updates for marketing purposes. Help identify opportunities to increase the company's visibility and strengthen its professional presence. Support recruiting and employee-related marketing initiatives when needed. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating professional marketing materials and social media content. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred. Experience managing social media and website content preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team. Professional and personable communication style. Preferred Experience Experience working with a construction, engineering, government contracting, or professional services company. Familiarity with proposals, capability statements, and business development. Experience marketing services to commercial or government clients. Knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
