Are you a relationship-builder with a sales mindset and a knack for marketing? The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association (CVHBA) is looking for a Membership & Marketing Manager to grow and strengthen our membership network, promote the home building industry across the Chippewa Valley, and help bring new talent into the trades. This is a role for someone who loves people, isn't afraid to make the ask, and can tell a good story on social media, at an event, or in print. You'll spend your days recruiting, onboarding and retaining members; in the classroom getting youth interested in the skilled trades; posting on social media; and representing CVHBA out in the community. What You'll Do Recruit new members and build lasting relationships that drive retention Partner with local schools and employers to support workforce development in the trades Manage the CVHB Foundation's Tools for Schools program to bring tools to area technical education classes Manage CVHBA's website, social media, and marketing materials Promote the Parade of Homes, Home Show, and other signature events Sell advertising space in Home Inspirations Magazine Serve as the staff liaison to the membership and marketing committees and participate in other committees as necessary Represent CVHBA at community events, career fairs, and networking opportunities What You Bring 2+ years of sales or business development experience 3+ years of customer service experience Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Marketing or graphic design experience a plus Reliable vehicle access and a valid driver's license (this role includes regional travel) Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events Why CVHBA Join a small, close-knit team where your work directly shapes the local home building industry — from welcoming new members to helping students discover careers in the trades.
