Job Description
As a Marketing Technology Engineer at Delta Defense, you will design, build, and optimize the marketing technology stack that powers data-driven growth for the USCCA brand. Partnering closely with IT and Digital Solutions, you'll integrate platforms like CRMs, marketing automation, analytics, and tag management to deliver seamless, personalized customer experiences. You'll architect scalable data flows, implement tracking, and automate campaigns while ensuring reliability, security, and performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist passionate about solving complex problems, enabling marketers, and supporting a purpose-driven mission. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain integrations between CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and data platforms. Build and optimize data pipelines and tracking frameworks to support segmentation, attribution, and reporting. Configure and manage marketing automation workflows, triggers, and personalization rules. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and digital teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Ensure reliability, performance, privacy, and security across the marketing technology stack. Troubleshoot platform and data issues, providing root-cause analysis and long-term fixes. Develop and maintain documentation, schemas, and technical standards for martech systems. Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies that align with business and mission goals. Support A/B testing, experimentation, and analytics initiatives through proper instrumentation. Contribute to continuous improvement, code review, and best practices within IT & Digital Solutions.
