Job Description/Summary

Serves as the primary operations liaison to product managers and product leadership, owning operational commitments and aligning customer, program, and business objectives as part of the integrated product team.

Integrates cross-functional teams to ensure product commitments are realistic, executable, and aligned to factory capability, balancing cost, quality, schedule, and delivery performance.

Drives operational readiness and execution through prioritization, visibility, and coordination across the product lifecycle, linking long-range strategy, transition-to-production planning, and daily operations.

Activities

Translate demand and priorities into integrated execution plans

Lead recovery planning across assigned scope

Drive cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation

Maintain visibility to execution performance

(WIP - to be confirmed) Support NPI readiness and manufacturing execution

Provide operational inputs to capacity, forecast, and program reviews

Provide production plan for product lifecycle gates

Job Qualifications:
  • US Citizen
