Legendary Windows & Doors is a growing, family-owned replacement window and door company serving Southern California. We are looking for outgoing, dependable, and energetic individuals to represent our company at local festivals, home shows, community events, and other promotional events. As an Event Marketing Representative, you will be one of the first people potential customers meet. Your goal is to create a great first impression, start conversations with homeowners, learn about their window and door needs, collect accurate lead information, and schedule free in-home consultations. This is not a product-closing position. You will not be responsible for pricing or selling a remodeling project. However, this is a performance-driven marketing and appointment-setting role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable approaching people—not someone who will wait behind the booth for customers to come to them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Represent Legendary Windows & Doors at festivals, home shows, and community events Proactively approach and engage event attendees Ask questions to identify potential window and door projects Educate homeowners about our products and services Collect complete and accurate customer information Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home consultations Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming booth Assist with light event setup and breakdown Meet individual goals for qualified leads and appointments Accurately turn in all lead forms and event information
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Strong face-to-face communication skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching Motivated by goals, bonuses, and performance incentives Professional appearance and ability to represent our brand well Strong attention to detail when collecting customer information Ability to remain energetic throughout the event Previous experience in events, promotions, appointment setting, retail, hospitality, customer service, canvassing, or lead generation is helpful but not required
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Part-time position Must be available for evenings and weekends Event schedules and weekly hours may vary Must have reliable transportation to event locations throughout our Southern California service area Must be comfortable standing for extended periods Must be able to assist with light booth setup and breakdown
