Job Description

Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-informed, and digitally fluent Global Digital Marketing Strategist to drive marketing initiatives that promote building safety and code compliance worldwide. This role offers a unique blend of digital marketing, analytics, content development, and global program coordination, making it ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow their expertise in modern marketing practices and emerging technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
Execute revenue and lead-generating initiatives across different geographic markets: Create high-quality marketing content, including email campaigns, press releases, advertisements and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and attention to detail Develop a thorough understanding of target audience needs, challenges, and motivations to create relevant and impactful communications Generate qualified leads from industry tradeshows and events Apply and test approved AI-driven marketing tools and practices to improve output, support pipeline growth, and enhance customer engagement Monitor and improve website performance, conversion rates, and support overall website health and optimization, including regular reporting and analysis
Secondary Functions:
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies Build relationships with industry partners, agencies, and industry associations Support core US-based programs (Reports, Listings, Acceptance Criteria)
Requirements Essential Skills and Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, coordination, or program management Working knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance metrics Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, website management, and digital best practices Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Familiarity with or strong interest in AI applications for marketing Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills Comfortable working across teams, time zones, and cultures Curious about technology, data, and continuous improvement Building industry or B2B experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer or desk Occasional standing, walking, and reaching to access files or office supplies Manual dexterity for typing, filing, and handling office equipment Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, documents) Visual acuity to read printed and digital materials Auditory ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone May need to climb stairs in multi-level office building Ability to travel up to 10% annually

Indoor and Outdoor Environment Must be able to work in standard office environment with artificial lighting and climate control
