This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build real communication skills, gain hands-on experience, and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth industry. No experience is required. We train everything you need to know. Our team works directly with the top rated solar installer in Southern California, OC Solar , helping homeowners replace expensive utility bills with more affordable energy solutions. What this role is Your job is to talk with homeowners and set appointments for a solar consultation. This is a door-to-door position. Your responsibility is not to fully sell the deal. Your role is to start the conversation, build interest, and set a time for a licensed consultant to meet with the homeowner. It's a simple role to learn, but it builds valuable real-world skills like communication, confidence, consistency, and working with people face-to-face. For the right person, this can be a strong stepping stone into sales, leadership, business, and other high-income opportunities. How solar works (high level) Most homeowners go solar by replacing a high monthly electric bill with a lower, more predictable energy bill rather than paying a large upfront cost. That makes the conversation easier for homeowners to understand and makes the role easier to learn. Pay Structure We offer two pay options: $25/hour OR commission-based pay You'll learn about both options in detail during our in-person interview. Training & Support Full training provided All tools supplied Proven system and clear expectations You'll learn from experienced people in the industry and develop skills that can benefit you long term. The main requirements are consistency, effort, and coachability.
