Summary:
The main function of a Strategist is to work with senior stakeholders to develop and implement local, regional and global strategies to achieve the business' goals. They will support the creation of future goals and KPI's in alignment with the global and regional strategies and lead the strategic vision across the relevant areas of the business.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop activity planning processes and ensure the adoption across the business units
- Play a lead role in the development of business plans, planning and budgeting activities
- Creation of goals and KPI's for regional and global strategies as set out by senior leadership
- Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders on key metrics and KPI's on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
- Support in establishing and running operational processes
- Create material and presentations for team meetings, off-sites and other key events
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to collaborate with other business units and senior stakeholders
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management, finance, or economics related subject
