If you're passionate about sourcing and creating high-converting video content, this internship is for you. As part of our marketing team, you'll support our paid media efforts and social media presence. You'll build on your existing skills while deepening your understanding of what drives performance across platforms. Identify influencers and UGC creators to elevate content across both evergreen and campaign-focused projects. Film and edit engaging video content that showcases JUNOCO's products, campaigns, and values, for organic and paid channels. Assist with filming when needed to enhance campaign footage. Stay on top of social media and ad trends, testing new formats and creative approaches. Capture and track organic influencer content, and trends that can be adapted to our influencer campaign needs. Understand the metrics behind each piece of content and help monitor the results of our content creation strategy.

Qualifications:

Interest and understanding of video content creation, social platforms, and how to make content that converts. Previous experience creating video content for paid social or ad campaigns. Understanding of the online social media landscape and influencer marketing. Fluent, clear, and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm.
