Tidal Remodeling is growing in Carlsbad, CA and hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Field Marketing Team . This is a field-based appointment-setting role where you'll connect with homeowners, introduce Tidal Remodeling's home improvement services, and schedule qualified in-home consultations for our sales team. No closing. No pricing. No contracts. Our sales consultants take it from there. Compensation $30/hour Paid Training 1% commission on closed projects generated from your appointments $50 bonus for each appointment after your 3rd weekly sit $1,500 bonus for every $100,000 in closed sales volume Additional performance incentives for top producers Elite Performance Tier Generate 7+ sits in a week and earn: $35/hour 2% commission Elite compensation applied retroactively for the entire qualifying week Top performers can earn the equivalent of $50-$65+/hour based on performance.
