Tenarai Overview We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst with a strong Lean / Six Sigma or management consulting background to analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end Project Coordinator (PC) workflows across Edge PoP and Backbone/Optical deployments. The ideal candidate will conduct time-and-motion studies, capture undocumented institutional knowledge from subject matter experts (SMEs), and create implementation-ready automation specifications that engineering teams can execute directly. Key Responsibilities Map end-to-end Project Coordinator (PC) workflows across assigned domains, producing current-state process flow diagrams and identifying automation opportunities. Conduct time-and-motion studies and workflow shadowing sessions to analyze tool usage, measure process efficiency, and establish baseline performance metrics. Collaborate with SMEs to capture undocumented institutional knowledge and convert tribal knowledge into structured, reviewable documentation. Develop build-ready automation specifications and hand them over to engineering teams, providing the foundational data required for automation development. Partner with engineering teams throughout the implementation phase to validate automation outputs against real-world workflows, resolve edge cases, and identify opportunities for Phase 2 intelligent (agentic) automation. Project Deliverables Phase Key Deliverables Expected Outcome Discover & Onboard Conduct PC shadowing sessions, complete time-and-motion studies, and document tool usage patterns. Establish baseline operational data and workflow metrics. Document Extract institutional knowledge, create current-state process flow diagrams, and identify automation gaps. Transform undocumented workflows into structured, standardized processes. Deliver Produce implementation-ready automation specifications and establish baseline efficiency metrics. Provide engineering with complete documentation required to begin automation development. Support Validate engineering deliverables against real-world workflows, resolve edge cases, and identify Phase 2 automation opportunities. Ensure automation solutions accurately reflect operational processes and support future enhancements. Required Qualifications Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent) or a strong management consulting background. Experience within Technology, Telecommunications, or Data Center Supply Chain environments, including network deployment, infrastructure build, or supply chain operations. Proven experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and developing implementation-ready process documentation. Demonstrated ability to extract and document institutional knowledge from cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with an on-site presence as required. Preferred Skills Experience supporting automation or digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with network infrastructure deployment, Edge PoP, Backbone, Optical Networks, or Data Center operations.
