Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Communications, you'll play a high-visibility role in bringing our brand to lifecrafted through compelling digital content, video, photography, social media, and trade events.

This role performs the following duties:
Create marketing, sales, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, CanvaCreate product renderings, shelf visualizations, planograms, and merchandising concepts that support sales presentations, customer proposals, category reviews, and marketing initiativesPlan, capture, edit, and manage company photography and video content for digital, social, trade show, customer, and internal communicationsDevelop short-form video content, including reels, GIFs, and media assetsMaintain and update company websites, landing pages, and digital contentCreate, deploy, and analyze company e-newsletters and email marketing campaignsManage company social media channels and editorial calendarMonitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiriesAnalyze syndicated and marketplace data and develop meaningful sales and marketing presentationsCoordinate and lead recurring meetings, track action items, and ensure project follow-throughCollaborate with retailers, influencers, dietitians, industry partners, agencies, and vendors on marketing initiativesSupport trade shows, conferences, customer events, and retailer programsCoordinate procurement and distribution of marketing materials and trade show assetsAssist with new product launches, customer portals, and special marketing projectsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and changing prioritiesHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualified Candidates Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere ProStrong photography, videography, and video editing skillsHands-on experience with website content management systems such as WordPressPrior exposure to omnichannel marketing and syndicated data preferred Solid understanding of social media marketing, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practicesExperience leveraging AI-enabled tools and marketing technologies to improve content creation, productivity, research, design, and marketing executionExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsConfidence facilitating meetings, coordinating teams, and managing projects from start to finishStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailProven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and proactively solve problemsComfortable navigating and thriving in a fast-changing environmentContinuous curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, particularly in marketing technology and emerging digital trendsAbility to translate data and insights into compelling presentations and recommendationsPositive, collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skillsAbility and willingness to travel up to 10%Willingness to support trade show logistics and occasional warehouse-based sample shipmentsCompensation$26.92 to $33.65 per hour (DOE); profit-sharing bonus-eligible.
