+ Uncapped Commission Payless Kitchens, Cabinets, and Baths Makeover is looking for energetic, outgoing, sales-driven Event Demonstrators to represent our brand at events, trade shows, home shows, and promotional activities. This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated by results and want to maximize their earning potential. Top performers can earn $45 per hour or more based on performance and commissions. You will engage with homeowners, create interest in our home improvement solutions, generate qualified leads, and help set appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Represent Payless Kitchens, Cabinets, and Baths Makeover at events, trade shows, home shows, and promotional activities Approach and engage homeowners and potential customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner Create interest in our kitchen, cabinet, and bath remodeling solutions Explain product features, benefits, and current promotions Generate qualified leads and collect accurate customer information Set appointments for interested homeowners Work toward event and performance targets Assist with setting up, maintaining, and breaking down event displays and booths Maintain a professional and positive representation of the Payless brand Work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Sales-driven, competitive, and motivated by results Friendly, confident, outgoing personality Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable explaining products and creating customer interest Sales, lead generation, event, promotional, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus Self-motivated and able to work independently Must be available to work during scheduled events, including weekends Own transportation is preferred, especially for events located 30-40 miles away Your earning potential is tied to your performance. High-performing Event Demonstrators have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through bonuses and commissions.
