As the creator of the Zephyr® Valve, Pulmonx enables physicians to provide effective, minimally invasive treatment for those with severe emphysema, a debilitating form of COPD. The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist will support the development and management of global marketing collateral and help ensure compliance with Pulmonx brand standards, messaging, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role will coordinate marketing material review and approval processes, support marketing operations activities, and contribute to the efficient execution of global marketing initiatives. The individual will also assist with physician locator program administration, internal communications, event coordination, expense tracking, and process improvement efforts that support the broader marketing organization. Responsibilities and Capabilities Marketing Material Development Coordinate the development and updating of marketing and sales materials, presentations, and related collateral in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Develop presentations and supporting materials for sales meetings, physician education programs, leadership meetings, and industry events. Assist in the development and maintenance of graphics, promotional materials, and other marketing tools that support commercial initiatives. Assist with the development of internal communications, newsletters, and event promotions as needed. Manage stock photography resources and support the creation of Bitly links and QR codes for marketing materials. Marketing Operations and Material Management Help maintain Pulmonx brand guidelines and support consistency across marketing materials and communications. Maintain marketing claims matrices, approved FAQs, and related marketing documentation. Support marketing expense tracking, invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget reporting activities, including forecast-to-actual tracking. Coordinate printing, inventory management, and shipment of collateral materials and promotional items. Support planning and coordination of tradeshows, internal meetings, and marketing events, including vendor management and logistics. Maintain digital marketing asset libraries, including Showpad and other material distribution platforms, ensuring content remains current and accessible. Coordinate administration of the Physician Locator and Premier Practice programs, including website updates, qualification tracking, compliance monitoring, and process improvement efforts. Marketing Approval and Compliance Support administration of the marketing compliance review process and assist in maintaining marketing SOPs. Administer the electronic promotional material approval system (Pepperflow) and provide support to internal users as needed. Coordinate review and approval workflows with regulatory, legal, clinical, and marketing stakeholders to facilitate timely project execution. Help ensure marketing materials align with approved claims, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Internal Communications and Organizational Support Assist with the development and coordination of internal communications, employee updates, and organizational announcements. Support executive presentations, templates, and communication materials to maintain a consistent company voice and brand identity. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and industry partners supporting marketing initiatives and events. Support process improvement initiatives that enhance marketing efficiency, organization, and execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, communications, project coordination, or related roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and external vendors. Detail-oriented with strong project management and operational coordination capabilities. Experience supporting marketing review processes, marketing material development, events, or operational workflows; experience in a regulated industry is preferred. Familiarity with marketing, CRM, or project management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Basecamp, Showpad, or Pepperflow is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation development tools required; graphic design experience is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize competing needs, and support a wide range of marketing initiatives.
Compensation:
