Summary As a Marketing Representative, you will be instrumental in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing customer engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will leverage your strong communication skills and computer proficiency to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Your core skills in customer service will ensure that client needs are met effectively, while your ability to collaborate with team members will drive successful project outcomes. Job Qualifications :

Excellent customer service skills, Able to travel Willing to be out in the field Medical and Medicare knowledge preferred Medical field preferred Dynamic and enthusiastic Goal results-oriented Excellent verbal communication Experience in sales/marketing Able to work in a team Bilingual English - Spanish Duties and responsibilities: 1. Deliver flyers to businesses in the area. 2. Distribute flyers door to door when needed. 3. Hand out flyers at the local swap meets when required. 4. Participate in free screening events. 5. Make phone calls to patients to offer our services 6. Call patients from insurance rosters or past events to encourage them to visit our clinics. 7. Keeping an excellent relationship with patients and coworkers. 8. Assisting with event coordination at Rios Wellness Center, including helping patients and hosting events. 9. Report the patient's concerns to the manager and suggest improvement. 10. Responsible for ordering all marketing supplies. 11. Plan and organize a weekly work schedule daily under the Manager's Supervision. 12. Daily report of activities and results. 13. Attend to meetings as needed. 14. Maintain continuous communication with Managers.
