Job Description
Overview We are a California-based immigration law firm serving individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients in employment- and business-based immigration matters. We are seeking a Bilingual (Chinese-English) Marketing & Specialist with strong content creation, visual design, website management, and marketing capabilities. This position will help strengthen the firm's brand presence, search visibility, and client engagement across both English- and Chinese-language markets. Duties Develop bilingual (English and Chinese) content strategies aligned with the firm's practice areas and business objectives. Write, edit, and publish immigration-related articles, FAQs, service pages, case summaries, and industry updates. Translate complex legal information into accurate, clear, and accessible content for the general public. Create content for WeChat Official Accounts, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Produce short-form videos, graphics, infographics, presentations, and other branded materials. Work closely with attorneys to ensure that all legal content is accurate, current, and compliant with applicable professional responsibility and attorney advertising rules. Conduct English- and Chinese-language keyword research based on prospective clients' search behavior. Optimize the firm's practice-area pages, articles, landing pages, and other website content. Improve page titles, meta descriptions, internal links, image descriptions, and overall content structure. Develop and implement a long-term SEO content strategy to improve organic search visibility. Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, user behavior, and lead conversions. Regularly review, update, or remove outdated immigration and legal information. Use Adobe Creative Cloud to produce graphic, video, and digital marketing materials. Maintain a consistent, professional, and trustworthy law firm brand. Create social media graphics, video covers, brochures, event materials, and presentations. Adapt content dimensions, formats, and visual presentation for different platforms; Organize and manage the firm's images, videos, templates, and other digital assets. Maintain and update the firm's website using WordPress or an equivalent content management system. Create and edit webpages, blog posts, attorney biographies, practice-area pages, and consultation pages;
