Job Description

The RoleThe Field Marketing Intern is our boots-on-the-ground driver of community involvement and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with schools, teams/athletics, gyms, local clubs and organizations, influencers, and more. You will own the local marketing calendar, generate and execute catering and event opportunities, and report on what is working. You will work hand in hand with our owner, General Manager, and regional marketing manager to brainstorm and execute local marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and sales.

This role is ideal for someone who is early in their marketing career, naturally outgoing, comfortable on camera and behind it, and excited to build something.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & PartnershipsBuild and maintain a master contact list of local schools, universities, sororities, athletic departments, run clubs, gyms, and corporate offices across our markets.

Generate inbound and outbound leads for events, catering, fundraisers, and dine-to-donate nights.

Vet partnership opportunities and prioritize the ones that drive measurable traffic, sales, or brand visibility.

Plan events end-to-end, from initial outreach through on-site execution, including setup and breakdown.

Catering & EventsCreate a master calendar of all potential opportunities for catering and vending.

Be on-site for catering execution to ensure quality and consistency.

Attend and run off-site catering and event activations, including sampling pop-ups, festivals, and sponsorships.

Track and report on every catering order, fundraiser, and vending event, including revenue, cost, and ROl.

Local Social Media & Content CreationAssist with social presence for our shop accounts on Instagram and TikTok by brainstorming and executing content ideas.

Shoot native short-form content (Reels, TikToks, UGC-style videos) on a consistent weekly cadence.

Sampling and PromotionsWork with management to hand out flyers, samples, discount cards and other promo materials to local businesses, schools, and organizations.

Lead table set up for sampling and new customer acquisition.

What Success Looks LikeIn this role, you will be measured against clear quarterly targets.

A set number of community events per shop per quarter.

Quarterly catering order volume and revenue targets.

Loyalty sign-ups.

Measurable in-shop sales lift from sponsorships, fundraisers, and dine-to-donate events.

What We Are Looking ForRequiredExperience in events, catering, hospitality marketing, brand ambassadorship, or a related field.

Reliable personal vehicle, valid drivers license, and willingness to travel between Castle Rock, Castle Pines, and Parker.

Comfort on camera, plus hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) on an iPhone.

Strong communication skillss.

Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed for events, activations, and catering. This is core to the role.

A passion for community, hospitality, and building a brand.

Strongly PreferredBackground in events, catering, or grassroots marketing.

Existing network in the Castle Rock and/or Parker markets.

Prior experience in food and beverage and/or retail.

Important NotesThis role usually includes weekends. Most of our highest-impact community events, catering opportunities, and content shoots happen on Saturdays and Sundays. We make this clear up front because we want someone who is excited about it, not surprised by it.

You must have a car and the ability to drive to and execute on events, including physical setup and breakdown of tables, signage, and product.
